With development of pharmacy industry in our country,pollution of pharmacy wastewater to environment becomes more and more serious。The way of treating this wastewater is a very difficult problem in environment protection。The study of pharmacy wastewater in Livzon Group Xin Beijiang Pharmacy Joint-stock Company shows:(1)Using sludge of SBR as inoculation sludge of hydrolytic acidification tank recirculating to hydrolytic acidification tank,after a month,a lot of ash grey acidified bacteria attach to the filler,bacteria is planted successfully in the hydrolytic acidification tank and the system enter in standing running stage。(2)The removal rating of CODCr for hydrolytic acidification tank is between -135.2% and 53.66%,at the most time,it can't reach design demand of ridding CODCr。Dissolved CODCr/total CODCr of inlet is between 0.7326~0.887 and Dissolved CODCr/total CODCr of outlet is between 0.9045~1.0429。After the effection of hydrolytic acidification,dissolved CODCr/total CODCr of outlet is much improved。(3)In the whole process of running,PH of inlet keeps about 8.5,and PH of outlet is between 4 and 5,odds of inlet and outlet is great,which shows that the effect of hydrolytic acidification is distinctness。(4)CODCr of outlet for SBR is between 196.4mg/L~403mg/L,removal of SBR is between 92.49%~95.98%。CODCr of outlet for the system is between 186.3mg/L~282.7mg/L,removal of the system is between 92.67%~96.66%。Outlet of the system is all below 300mg/L,reaching standard of local letting in Guangdong Province,outlet is letted with reaching demand。At the same time,effect factors of hydrolytic acidification is also studied,such as:(1)Effect of aeration to hydrolytic acidification;(2)Effect of backflow to hydrolytic acidification;(3)Effect of hydraulic stick time to hydrolytic acidification;(4)Effect of PH to hydrolytic acidification ;( 5 ) Effect of temperature to hydrolytic acidification;(6)Effect of hydrolytic acidification to anaerobic treating process which is behind hydrolytic acidification。Which of those provide references of designing and running to hydrolytic acidification tank。...
