Pass through the experiment and analysises get the conclusion:(1)In the aspects of starting on the equip,the sludge which inoculated by ACF32 is better than radicai sludge from medical comply in starting-time,adapt the trait of medicine wasterwater that water quality changing largely;(2)At the stage of continuously circulate,the treatment result use sludge which inoculated by ACF32 is better than before,the reduced rate in the COD,BOD,TN,TP attain to:97.43%,95.47%,60.12%,72.35%.COD outfluent attain to:101.84 mg·L-1,22.71 mg·L-1,8.61mg·L-1,,0.73 mg·L-1,attain to the national second emission standard;(3)In the process of parameter optimization,analyzing the changing regulation and its reasons of COD,TN,TP,BOD,DO etc.parameters in the period,thus making sure in the process of treating the medicine waste water,the best movement period of the "hydrolytic acidifiation+SBR" craft is:The remain time is 6 hours;the SBR is:influent with limit time contains 0.5 hours,aeration time contains 4 hours,and subside time contains 1.5 hours;(4)analying kinetics of SBR equipment,get a parameter is:Y=0.3394,Kd=0.0169 d-1;(5)Carried on the measurement of the oxygenation ability in the SBR equipments,get a conclusion:KLa =4.31 h-1,equipment which provide oxygen have satisfied the microorganism growth need.At the same time,aim at the problems existented in experiment,put forward the place that needs improve and research:(1)Because carrying on the contrast experiment,for the sake of the easy to control, carrying on only small experiment,hope further used in meddle experiment,to expect to make use of to have the better designation function to the engineering;(2)The experiment only use ACF32 to treat pharmacy wastewater in first and second class processing,outfluent attains to the national second class standard,should consider the further used in the third depth processing,to improve the water treating standard;(3)Because of the restrict of the experiment eqiupment,further research analysis which did not do in the characteristic of microorganism in fludge.
