This article used the silica flour, the porous silica flour and the oxidant tetroxide threelead compounds has prepared a match head, tested its ignition electric current to study theexplosive property on the mixture of the porous silicon and the oxidant tetroxide three leadcompound. The new application of the porous silicon was explored in the energy materials.The test result indicated that the 50% ignition electric current of the porous siliconpreparation detonation compound is much smaller than the silica flour preparationdetonation compound. The research indicated that its primary cause is the porous siliconhas the high activity,high Specific Surface Area, when the detonation happened, Theinterface of the solid phase reaction is great big and it is more easier to diffuse and migrateof the reactants in the reaction. Thus, the porous silica flour has the superiority in theapplication of the energy materials than the ordinary silica flour.In order to solve the problems of the porous silicon in energy materials is easilyoxidized in the air. And it was studied on the activity and stability in porous silicon. Theresult indicated that the silane coupling agent as the post-treatment agent is very good, itmay format chemical bonds with the porous silicon to stable the porous silicon, also canmaintain the high chemical activity on the porous silicon. The test result indicated that the50% ignition electric current on the porous silicon which has been processed with thesilane coupling agent is not affected too much. The 50% ignition electric current of poroussilicon which was processed with KH550 is smaller than that of unsettled samples and theignition electric current wave amplitude is also small. But the 50% ignition electric currentof the porous silicon samples which has been processed with KH560,NCS910and theKH902 processing were bigger than that of unsettled samples. It explained that the silanecoupling agents could stable the chemical properties of the porous silicon. The samplesthat were made by the porous silicon which has been processed by silane coupling agentscould be reserved with their active properties of chemistry. The chemical properties ofporous silicon samples which have been processed by KH902 and SG-Si602 were stillalive in a long storage. So this is a good method to keep the chemical activity of the poroussilicon. This processing method is not reported yet. But according to us the research, it maybe used in other porous silicon fields.The test results indicated that the 50% ignition electric current of the sample whichwas made by the porous silicon and the tetroxide three lead is lower than two others. So thetetroxide three lead is the best oxidant in the samples of energy materials which is made byporous silicon and oxidants.
