The Application Of Excellent Drilling Technology In The Shallow Sea Area Of ??Shengli Oilfield

Bohai Bay Basin is one of the main areas for exploration and development of oil and natural gas in our country,part of which belongs to Shandong sea area.The mineral registration area of Shengli oilfield is 4870km~2 of the very shallow and shallow waters area near the 414km coastline.At present,the exploration degree of Shengli oilfield sea area is still low.the key prospecting area is in 600km~2?700km~2 of the Chengbei low buried ridge areas located in the north of old Yellow River estuary,and more than three fourths of the area is at a low exploration degree which is still being pre-explored.As oil and gas fields' exploration and development sped up.the new and high challenge to quicken the drilling speed and insure the quality of drilling engineering developed has raised up.Thus,the article's proposes are that the optimized and fast drilling technique should be used to exploration and drilling of Shengli shallow waters area.The main study contents and achievements of this article are:(1)First,large amount of documents concerned to the complete research ideas are investigated and collected on the basis of the predecessors.(2)The features of the Bohai Bay Basin's geologic structure of Shengli oilfield are systematically analyzed,which provide detailed geologic materials for optimized and fast drilling technique.(3)The design principles of the casing program are presented in view of Shengli oilfield's geologic features and lithological characters in the block,and the optimized design of the bottom hole assembly and the selection of drill bit is finished and successfully applied to the optimized and fast drilling in the block.(4)According to the compatibility of the drilling fluid and character of the reservoir,the optimization study of the optimized and fast drilling fluid system in shallow waters is finished,which has been applied in 9 wells of Chengbei No.X2 well,Chengbei No.X3 well etc.It has come into a series of new drilling fluid technique and reached the expected effect.(5)New well cementing technique,cement selection system and professional cementing design are developed,which have been used to drilling of Exploration No.M and cementing of Nanbao W oilfield.According to the drilling experiment and practice in Shengli shallow waters area,the article came to some conclusions:The application of optimized and fast drilling technique in offshore oil exploitation can effectively speed up drilling and avoid accident and complex circumstance down hole due to the unreasonable design or site operation.Thus,the drilling duration of offshore oil exploitation is shortened and the operation cost is reduced,which ensured the profit maximization of the offshore oil exploitation and increases the entire drilling efficiency in the shallow waters area.
