Some new types of tracers are developed to try to replace conventional tracers which have such disavantages as vulnerable to HPAM, high cost , limited choices, high damages to humen health.On Four kinds of systematical tracers are developed,some fluorescent substances are screened in respects of molecule structure, economical standards, chemical stability, sensitivity, adsorption, effects on surrounding environment. Four types of systematical water-phase tracers thought to be suitable for polymer flooding are fluorescent Cs, fluorescent CL, fluorescent Ca and fluorescent Cb.Applying fluorescent analysing method can realize direct testing for single type which can be utilized in oil field .New tracers possess desirable properties like high sensitivity, limited effects on polymer and vice versa, stable chemical properties , better adsorption and anti-adsorption properties than that of conventional tracers.To test the feasibility, four tracers are injected in Lamadian up-retraced experimental block, microorganism experimental block and some other blocks, showing better results. Applying new tracers can low the cost remarkably. Comparaing with conventioanal chemical and radioactive tracers, four new tracers used in one block simultaneously can reduce the cost more than 80 per cent.The new tracers is soluble to water, and disoluble to oil which can be utilized in polymer flooding.
