The technology of ASP was a new high efficiency oil displacement technology which begun in 1980's, including the advantage of caustic water driving, surfactant driving and polymer driving. Compared with the water driving, it can enhance oil recovery by 20% , when the polymer driving by 10%.To enable the ASP inject profile relative homogeneity, the expansion of the swept volume and the reduction of the conflicts between layers, DaQing Oil Field begun a study of ASP layering injection technology. With the ASP flooding in Daqing oil field turning toâ…¡,â…¢reservoirs, due to the original sub-injection tool for large shear degradation can no longer meet the second and third reservoir separate injection requirements. In the paper, CFD (computational fluid dynamics) software is used to analyze the flow field, choose the eccenter injection proration device with annular depressurizing channel as choking element, optimize the design of throttle components. Through the interior core flooding experiments verify the flooding efficiency to meet the ASP flooding low-shear sub-note needs; through the indoor simulation experiments analysis comparison site ASP solution in the eccentric injector pressure drop in the flow, visco - degree of loss and flow of qualitative relations; Finally, by the application of results in the field, the technology of ASP single string multizone separate injection could adapt in individual zone, in which the rate of flow is 80m~3/d, the biggest choke differential pressure is 2.5MPa, the ASP solution's viscosity loss factor is less than 8%, which could meet the need of separate injection. After separate injection, the inhalation of low-permeability layer was significantly improved and the high-permeability layers'intake was well controlled.
