The Study Of Small And Medium Sized Ceramic Enterprise Dynamic Alliance Model And The Development Of Management Platform

It is necessary to find a new style manufacture mechanism instead of only depending on the technology progress, for it is difficult to recover the following problems that the ceramic enterprises are now meeting, such as: lack of resource and energy, environment pollution, export obstacles. So it's better to change the traditional manufacture mode, in order to relieve the ceramic industry's developing pressure.In this dissertation, aiming at the regional small and medium sized ceramic enterprise clusters, the regional dynamic alliance mode which is applied to the ceramic industry has been studied in order to enhance the enterprises' core competitive power and fast response market opportunity ability. The creation process and the mechanism of the dynamic alliance have been analyzed, and the multi-view dynamic alliance model has been setup. The expression method of alliance task has been studied, with the realization of the task structure-formed description. It has been studied that how to rapidly setup a dynamic alliance by using Analytic Hierarchy Process, so the experts and the commercial assosiation can play more important roles, such as credit guarantee and auditing.Finally, a software system of Small and Medium Sized Ceramic Enterprise Management Platform has been developed, and its system function structure also has been designed. In this system, the following functions, such as: market opportunity input, alliance task auditing, partner selection, can be realized, from the ceramic hegemon enterprise discovering the market opportunity to the alliance creation.This topic's future work will be: how to enhance the enterprise's transaction security in the dynamic alliance model, and how to enhance the enterprise's emergency handling ability.
