With the continuous development of economy and technology,the industryacademia-research alliance between enterprises and universities continues to develop in terms of compositions,ranges and depth.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen research and exploration in the aspects of technological innovation,achievement transformation and talents cultivation.The technology transformation and transfer is the core of the structure of the Industry-Academia-Research alliance.The management of its technical risks is an important means of evaluating the Industry-Academia-Research alliance,as well as an effective method to realize the interest community of enterprises and universities.This thesis is taking the co-polyamide project cooperated by Weihai LQ Group and Beijing University of Chemical Technology as the research starting point,which will face the risk of the project,analyzed,and the Fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(FAHP)is used to analyze and compare the risk factors,and summarize the key points of risk control according to the scores of the risk factors.In order to control the risk,the author puts forward the monitoring and safeguard measures.First of all,this thesis analyzed the research present situation and the research trend of the domestic and international project alliance risk management,and combed detail the theoretical development context of domestic and foreign alliance technical risk management,summed up the development project risk management characteristics and limitations of technology of the current China's industry-university-research alliance,laid a theoretical foundation for further research in this thesis.Secondly,on the basis of a comprehensive grasp the latest research trends,in view of the possible technical risk factors appeared in the process of project cooperation of copolymerization of nylon were analyzed and compared.Risk factors will be divided into four categories: technical orientation risk,technology industrialization risk,technology development cooperation risk and technology development environment risk,and using the Fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(FAHP)to evaluate risk factors,calculate the relative risk coefficients of each risk,by comparing the actual situation of the risk factor score,found in the process of copolymerization of nylon project cooperation,relative risk coefficient of risk factors of technology orientation and industrialization of technology risk is bigger.Third,in view of the main risk factors of the copolymerization of nylon project,it is need to budget reasonably in the early period,hardware,and talent team construction,controls the market changes,thus to forecast the risk,in order to reduce the risk factors to the minimum,or judge the expected risk in advance and through the prediction of risk,the risk is garment.Finally,through the improvement in organizational structure construction,risk control system,manpower team building and corporate culture building,the company will promote a good corporate culture atmosphere and a positive working attitude to ensure a positive and effective risk control with both an orderly process of execution and positive and innovative development.
