The paper adopt the waste water, which was made of the soluable starch, to study the hydrolytic mechanism about the hydrolysis sludge hydrolyzing acidificated starch. The starch hydrolysis and acidification process is divided into three stages,namely:adsorption,the extracellular Enzyme hydrolysis and hydrolytic production degradation. At the same time, Appling mathematics software--SPSS and MATLAB to analyze the experimental results of the above three stages; in end a serial of the fitting methods were used to establish the dynamics model in the process of the hydrolysis acidification, which explained and indicated the hydrolysis reaction mechanism as possible.Analytical result is following:(1) The adsorption data from the complete course of the hydrolysis acidification reaction were analyzed through adopting curve parametric estimate to do exponential fitting, and the analysis of nonlinear regression was applied to estimate the fitting exponential equations, namely C=750.153e -0.0072tR2=0.888, C = 832.2206e -0.00937tR2=0.90181, however the precision is higher for the analysis of nonlinear regression. As for the the dynamic equation fitting in the proecess of the adsorption balance, we introduce the Lagergren's adsorption velocity equation to conclude: both the first level and second level adsorption velocity may estimate the precess of the starch adsorption balance, but the correlation coefficient of the latter(R2=0.9849) is better than the former (R2=0.9583).(2)The hydrolysis precess of the starch is one trending for the homeostasis, thereaction velocity of which are affected by the adsorption velocity, substrate concentration, mass transfer velocity of the former bioadsorption process. And bigger error arised in establishing dynamics equation of serial reaction including two steps and one grade under the present experiment conditions, which result in the given distance between the production design and practial application. The experimental data of the hydrolysis process were analyzed by the polynomial fitting to attain the Four-stages polynomial equation,y=-0.0002x4+0.01x3-0.1924x2+1.5282x+0.5088,which is able to fit the starch hydrolysis reaction process.(3)Degration reaction about the starch hydrolyzed production is characteristed by one-stage reaction, the constant and the dynamic equation of the reaction velocity is respectively 0.000569min-1 and St=826.628e-0.000569t.
