Study On The Light Environmental Problems And The Countermeasures Of Suzhou

Along with social and economic development of our country, illuminating engineering and the glass wall in city are gradually popular, and correspondingly bring some light-environmental problems. At present the international research on this field has been carried out gradually, and the domestic research only then just started, and most of research was carried on from illumination point of view.This thesis embarks from the environmental protection angle, it based on an investigation survey and measurement to light-environmental present situation in the Suzhou city. Then summarizes the light-environmental problems, analyzes the reasons, and proposes the countermeasures. The research technique used in this design mainly include the literature reading, consulting expert, the questionnaire survey, the scene investigation, survey and so on, the instrument which used in the survey is illuminometer.This thesis includes the survey of night environmental illuminance, the investigation of glass wall application in present, the nearby environmental illuminance survey of glass wall in the day time, night advertising and signal lamp investigation, as well as 300 questionnaires about light pollution.Summarize the light environmental problems existed in Suzhou city, including inadequate lighting, uneven illumination, serious light pollution, unreasonable design and installation, insufficiency of maintenance management. Imbalance input of the infrastructure, a lack of awareness of energy saving, limited design and planning level, and inadequate of laws and regulations are the reasons. Finally six countermeasures are proposed: First, construct light environmental culture, do publicity work; Second, speed up the training of professionals, strengthen scientific research; Third, strengthen ecological landscape lighting design; Forth, promulgate relevant standards and regulatioris; Fifth, strengthen light-environmental management; Sixth, light-environmental function zoning proposal.Expect this thesis can provide certain foundation data to the research on light-environment in Suzhou city, help related department improve the understanding the importance of light-environmental problems, and play a positive role in light-environmental research and light pollution control.
