In a controlled condition, microbial remediation technology that it is using environmental elements ofindigenous microorganisms or artificial introduction of pollutant degradation with the special function ofthe microbial metabolism of living dynamic decomposition to the pollutants, because of low-cost and nosecondary pollution, it is attracted widespread attention.Phosphorus pollution is one of the major problems for water pollution. This dissertation Based JilinAgricultural University campus artificial lake as a research object, isolated, selected to study phosphorusdegradation function of microbial strains from the sediment in phosphorus pollution water, studiedPerformance degradation and its impact on biodegradation and the factors. The results as follows:1,Using enrichment culture method, isolated, selected four growing well, with the phosphorusfunctional degradation of the strains from the sediment in phosphorus pollution water, they were onebacteria B, three epiphytes F1, F2, F3.2,Temperature and pH have impact on the growth and activity of strains. The optimum pH for thegrowth of B1 and F1 are rang 4.5, and the optimum temperature is 28℃; the optimum pH for F2, F3 arerang 8, and the optimum temperature is 28℃. In this range, the strains have a good performance tophosphorus removal, when temperature under 22℃or above 35℃, the activity of microorganism is small,the isolates grew slowly or died.3,Different demand and tolerance of oxygen for different strains. With the volume of gas reducing,the activity of strains F2, F3 reduced, grew slowly, the capacity of absorbing phosphorus reduced, we canknow F2, F3 are belonging Aerobic bacteria; B1, F1' capacity of absorbing phosphorus reduced slowly, B1,F1 are belonging Facultative anaerobes.4. Cr and As in water have different Inhibition to the growth and degradation of strains. When Cr6+concentration increased surface water standards 250 times, the quantity of absorbing phosphorus werecurbed obviously of B1, F2, F3, at 100 times and 250 times, No significant difference for F1; When Asconcentration increased surface water standards 250 times, No significant difference for B1, F1, F3. Thebest tolerance to Cr and As is F1, the effect is not most notable.5. Under the experimentation conditions, the process of phosphor disappeared accord with first levelreaction kinetics model Ct=Coe-kt. correlation was between 0.894 and 0.977. The exterior activate energyreduced from 25.9kJ/mol to 10.32kJ/mol.6. The strains were applied to the artificial lake of jilin agriculture university, according to the curve microbial growth, make certain that it is brought up 2 days for bacteria, 6 days for epiphyte in order tomensurate P, COD, BOD5, set two groups of killed microbe and no killed microbe, the result suggestedthat the ratio disappearance of phosphorus up to 87.9%, BOD39%, COD77%.
