| The optimum techniques were screened by L9(34) orthogonal-designed choice. The quality standard of medicinal materials and preparation was established.In the study of the quality standard of Ruzengqing tablet, four kinds of Chinese medicine such as Gonglaomu, Yimucao, Lianqiao and Xiangfu were identified by TLC, and content determination of berbenne were identified by HPLC. The experimentation of stability of Ruzengqing tablet proved that the medicine was stable in six months at usual temperature. The animal experiments proved that the tablet could decrease the symptom of the hyperplasia of mammary glands in rats, improve blood rheology and microcirculation and diminish inflammation and pain. It was safe and innocuous.
