In this paper the influence condition of reactive extraction process on lysine and the running status of tower in the test area were studied. The effect of operation condition which including extraction concentration, agitation speed and pH on the extraction degree were investigated. Then the reactive time and phase ratio are confirmed. Meanwhile, twin-axial reciprocating vibrating sieve-tray tower is applied to experiment, the effects of vibrating frequency, structure inside, phase ratio and different continuous phase on extraction degree were studied. At last, we got a feasible mode of operation which can avoid the phenomenon of emulsification and the tower was successfully applied to the process of reaction extraction for the first time. The result shows that : (1) The effects of stirring speed,P204 concentration,pH and phase ratio on extraction ratio were discussed in detail. The suitable extraction conditions are obtained as: the extraction time 30 min,the stirring speed 200 r/min,V P204 : V kerosene = 1:1,pH = 4~7 and phase ratio of 1. Distilled water is adopted as stripping agent of the amino acid from the extract. Extraction and stripping number of theoretical stages are 5 and 4, respectively. (2) With the increase of the vibration frequency, the extraction degree increases correspondingly, and the extraction degree reaches a plateau when vibration frequency beyond 200 r/min. The value of extraction degree increases with increasing phase ratio. (3) It is propitious to the process of extraction when the baffle and distributor was added in the tower. The extraction degree is improved. (4) The operation of taking aqueous phase as continuous phase is feasible, because if reciprocating vibrating sieve-tray extraction tower is used as extraction equipment, which can avoid the emulsification phenomenon and operate steadily. (5) The extraction degree of the tower is 42% which higher than the single-stage, and the extraction equipment of twin-axial worked steadily...
