The Study On New Type Electrical Heating Pump For Heavy Oil

Shengli Oil Field has successfully applied the advanced technology for heavy oil production----hollow rod pump for electrical heating production test lifting.But any kind pump for this technology has its insufficiency.This article carries on the analysis to the domestic and foreign subsurface sucker rod pump market and the technical level in the foundation, has conducted the research to hollow rod pump for electrical heating , produced one new type double self-rotating plungers pump with hollow sucker rod for heavy oil. Has carried on optimization design to the new type pump. Has produced the transmission principles and the structure pattern of the new pump. Field test was carried out afterwards , and tracing study was conducted. Result showed that the production test proposal is reasonable and can fully meet the requirements of heavy oil. Result indicated that, this new type hollow rod pump for electrical heating can cooperate with electric heated sucker rod , reduce viscidity of heavy oil ,produce longer runtime with high pump efficiency .
