Casing damage of Linpan Oilfield is displayed by casing deformation in majority and casing leak in minority. According to study of casing damage wells affecting factor and mechanism, it is shown that casing damage of shallow burial loose sand in Linpan Oilfield is mostly by sand production, casing leak consists most part of high salinity and corrosion zone, fracture affects the creation of casing deformation directly, clay stone creeping induces stress concentration and triggers casing damage. Combined of casing f damage mechanism analysis and result, different preventing treatment is made aimed at different types of casing damage wells. Five sorts of casing damage harness technology, small casing cementing, casing change, casing repair, packing cement block and machine leak-sticking, are analyzed from seven respects which are well bore condition, reservoir condition, operation cycle, performance target after rebuild, operation effect, operation expense and risk factor. Small casing cementing, casing change, casing repair are generalized as three methods to harness casing damage wells thoroughly. These methods have characters of high effect ratio, long effect period and maximal comprehensive beneficial result. Combined of different reservoir and well bore condition, well effect is obtained by casing damage control work on location.
