Simulated Investigation Of Movement Controlling Of Wellhead Mechanized Devices Of Petroleum Rigs

The key parts of Automated Petroleum Rigs are the wellhead mechanized devices.And the key of realizing the wellhead mechanization is the automatic degree of pipe processing system.From the 1960s,China has started the research in this area and has made certain achievements,but still has a big gap between the domestic and international.Because researching objects is too expensive,the thesis used this kind of design method of the similarity theory.The method is better in the efficiency and practicality aspect than researching objects.The workload is relatively small.Referencing domestic and international rigs, the wellhead device model of petroleum rig model was designed in scale by using 3D modeling software-UG NX4.0,and the thesis did systemically design and research on the control system of this model.The model is driven by hydraulic pressure, the ordinary parts of the model petroleum rig include four major components.The four major components are the part of top-driven systerm,pipe processing systerm(including the robotic hand and iron roughnack) and slips.During work,the various parts are working alone,without the two parts working together.So they are driven by a single pump.It is high power utilization to use the same hydraulic power.The controller is modularized PLC of OMRON company in this thesis. There are four working ways(manual,single-step,single-cycle and cycle)to be designed for pipe processing system of the model rig.In this way,the automatic degree and the reliability degree of the work of wellhead mechanized devices is improved and workloads of the driller are reduced.Only 1-2 workers on the drilling platform rigs can control the whole operation.Designed the interface of the rig by using Configuration Software,the interface can display the rig's status to driller with indicator lights or figures,and the driller's tiredness can be reduced.
