| In this paper, the combinational methods and combinational mechanism of pour point depressant (PPD) are studied by pour point and rheology measurement technology,DSC ( Differential Scanning Calorimeter) thermal analysis. Research also studied the mechanism and influencing factors of pour point depressant by experiment and chemical theoretics.The paraffin deposition is studied with 10% C synthesize waxy paraffin oil using six kind of EVA pour point depressant, the experiment evaluate the effect of every experiment. Through the experiment, the combination method and combination proportion are studied concretely to evaluate their influences on the pour point of synthesize waxy paraffin oil. It is approved that the best-best combination, which exist a optimum proportion, can achieve the utmost extent of pour point reduction. This method is recognized as "Upgrade -Orthogonal" method.UPC-1 and UPC-2 are developed to A, B crude oil of Chang-Qing oilfield by Upgrade -Orthogonal" method. The rheological characters of A, B crude oil treated with UPC-1, UPC-2 is better than treated with EVA2805, EVA28150. compared with the rheological charactes of A, B crude oil after treated, it is find that the oil , even have similar compositions wound have different treatment conditions. Sothat, the first step of pour point depressant's combination should base on experimental results. The mechanism of UPC-1 is similar to "baton", the mechanism of UPC-2 is attribute to "dispersancy".The change of thermal data both treated with pour point depressant and untreated are measured by DSC. The results show that the pour point depressant can reduce the crude oil's specific heat, crystal enthalpy and pour point. The crude oil treated with pour point depressant can increase the mount of the wax precipitation at pour point.
