The phenomenon of the scale sediment can bring many technical and economical questions in industrial and civil equipments. Using chemic medicament measures not only pollute environment, but also reduce lives of equipments. Electromagnetic anti-fouling is a direction in the future. Which has a lot of benefits, such as no pollution, convenient to use and very little maintenance costs. In this paper, we adopt the pulsed electromagnetic water treatment designed by ourselves to do some experiments on the change of the conductance rate, surface tension and anti-scaling efficiency during the scale process. These experiment results help people to make comprehend on scale process, and make a base for anti-fouling work. In this paper, frequency conversion electromagnetic field was adopted. Water was treated for a fixed time by the pulsed electromagnetic field under different experiment conditions. After the treatment of the electro- magnetic field, it was found the conductance rate, surface tension and anti-scaling efficiency of the disposed liquid all have some change in this study. With the more strict standards of environment protection and the lack of water resource, technology of the frequency conversion electromagnetic water treatment will obtain more recognition, so it is important to study the task.
