The fouling on industrial circulating water exchanger hinders heat exchange effect and increases fuel cost.Too much fouling not only causes pipeline clogging, increases system power consumption, but also results in equipment corrosion and endangers safe operation. Therefore, descaling and anti-scaling has become an urgent issueThe conventional anti-scale methods are generally divided into chemical and physical methods. Although the development of electromagnetic water treatment technology in physical anti-scale methods is relatively late and the related research and theory is not yet perfect. But it broke through the drawbacks of traditional chemical methods has received widespread attention with its no added reagents, non-toxic, non polluting, simple operation and low cost.In this paper, basing on the experimental platform of online monitoring and evaluation of electromagnetic anti-scale effect carries out experiments.First of all, because of the long running cycle, the large fluctuation of the night time data and the need for personnel on a regular check and so on, the old experiment table is not conducive to the data analysis and repeatability test. Therefore, on the basis of the old experimental platform, a new experimental platform was set up.The new experimental platform can effectively shorten the operation period and improve the accuracy of the experimental data. And through the establishment of a number of closed-loop feedback link to enhance the level of automation of the new test platform, it can get stable data in the case of no one.Secondly, control experiments were carried out under different electromagnetic field intensities and frequencies based on the old test platform. The fouling resistance curve and water quality parameter data of electromagnetic field intensities ranging from 0Gs to 250 Gs was obtained. Subsequently, the variation law of typical water quality parameters in this process is analyzed, including electrical conductivity, pH value, contact angle and dissolved oxygen to find out the relationship between them and explore the essential reason of the variation of water quality parameters through the combination of data and theory.Finaly, based on the dynamic simulation of the circulating water electromagnetic anti-scaling,the absorbance of the solution under different electromagnetic field intensities was studied by the electrical conductivity and the absorbance value as the feedback parameter through ultraviolet visible spectrophotometry(UV method). And,the change curve of absorbance was obtained. The critical supersaturation value of CaCO3 under different electromagnetic field intensities was calculated according to the absorbance curve, and the effect of the electromagnetic field intensities on the critical supersaturation of CaCO3 was analyzed.
