The Dioscorea Cirhosa Extract was obtained with the acetone as solvent. And itsstability was researched under different temperature, pH and the existence of a variety ofmetal ion respectively. The optimum craft technology was obtained by discussing theimpact factors one by one, which was as follows: liquor ratio 1:50, time 75min,concentration of the extract 1/2X(X represented the initial concentration), temperature90℃and pH retained the bath acidity at 6.05.A variety of metal ions were applied to the post treatment, for developing the colorand other application ability. And the results showed that the post treatment diversifiedcolor, fastness, draping property, comfort and ultraviolet-shielding ability. It was found thatthe processing scarcely influenced the inner structure of silk.(+)-Catechin (precursor of Condensed Tannin contained in Dioscorea Cirhosa),Glycin (highest of amino acid content in silk protein), Fe(Ⅲ) and Cu(Ⅱ) were selected tostudy the interaction among Extract, metal ion and silk in water. And results showed thatthe complex-ratio between Catechin and Fe(Ⅲ), Cu(Ⅱ) were 3:1 and 2:1 respectively.Generally, Glycin had few affect to Catechin in water. However, two complex compoundsgenerated when Cu(Ⅱ) existed, one of which was the complex between Catechin andCu(Ⅱ), and the other a ternary coordination, in which Cu2+ as ligand, Catechin andGlycin supplied lone pair electrons. And the proportion of two compounds existed in waterwas 1:1.
