The purpose of scouring of sericin from pure silk is to remove natural impurities such as grease,wax and pigment.Conventional scouring methods usually has long process flow,high energy consumption and serious environmental pollution problems.But quick open width scouring due to the pH in the scouring process will gradually reduce the refined quality and lead to instability.Therefore,to develop a kind of energy saving,high efficiency,the scouring process of environmental protection,has very important practical significance.This paper have studied degumming performance of three kinds of protease :the papain Q,alkaline protease L and neutral protease W;studied the the compatibility of the natural tea saponin,Bogong tea saponin,insurance powder,sodium percarbonate,with protease,to remove oil wax,natural pigment without hurting protease degumming performance;On the basis of the study,process and its influencing factors of the silk and silk/wool interwoven fabric of cold pad-batch have been studied and satisfied the degumming rate of the silk fabric is 15% or more,silk/wool interwoven fabric reduced rate 7% or more of the technical indicators;Finally,open-width scouring process rapidly and effectively remove the rest of the sericin and other impurities,pure silk and silk/wool interwoven fabric of energy conservation and environmental protection degumming processing.The results show that:(1)The papain Q,alkaline protease L and the neutral protease W,degumming appropriate process parameters for: papain Q dosage is 8-10 g/L,temperature 60 ?,pH 7,the time 120 min,the silk fabric is degumming rate can reach about 23.69%;The alkaline protease L dosage is 8 g/L,temperature 50 ?,pH 10,when the time is120 min,silk fabric degumming rate can reach about 22.37%;The neutral protease W dosage is 11 g/L,45 to 50 ? temperature,pH 7,when the time is120 min,silk fabric degumming rate is about 22.74%.(2)The compatibility research of natural tea saponin,bogong tea saponin,insurance powder,sodium percarbonate with protease shows that:The papain Q added natural tea saponin is helpful to remove grease wax,improve water-absorbing quality;Added with insurance powder helps to remove natural pigment,increase the whiteness.The suitable refining process parameters as follows:Papain Q 8 g/L,natural tea saponin 0.5 g/L,2 g/L insurance powder,penetrant JFC 2 g/L,pH 7,temperature 60 ?,time 120 min,degumming rate is 23.05%,silk fabric whiteness is 81.15,water-absorbing quality is 10.7;Alkaline protease L joined bogong tea saponin helps remove wax oil,improve water-absorbing quality;Adding sodium percarbonate helps remove natural pigment,increase the whiteness.The suitable refining process parameters as follows:Alkaline protease L 8 g/L,2 g/L bogong tea saponin,2 g/L sodium percarbonate,temperature 40 ?,pH value of 10,120 min,degumming rate was 23.47%,the silk fabric whiteness is 81.25,water-absorbing quality 12.1;Neutral protease W added bogong tea saponin helps remove wax oil,improve water-absorbing quality;Adding sodium percarbonate helps remove natural pigment,increase the whiteness.The suitable refining process parameters as follows:Neutral protease W 11 g/L,2 g/L bogong tea saponin,2 g/L sodium percarbonate,penetrant JFC 2 g/L,temperature 50 ?,pH 7,120 min,degumming rate was 23.07%,the real silk fabric whiteness is 80.12,water-absorbing quality 11.2.(3)The cold pad-batch degumming process research of silk and silk/wool interwoven fabric shows that:Papain Q to silk cold pad-batch scouring process parameters for: papain protease Q 18 g/L,insurance powder,2 g/L,natural tea saponin 0.7 g/L,penetrant JFC 2 g/L,cold time 16 h.Under the condition of the degumming rate was 17.76%,the handle of silk fabric whiteness is 78.39,water-absorbing quality is 7.5.Papain Q to silk/wool interwoven fabric cold pad-batch process parameters for:papain Q 12 g/L,natural tea saponin 1.5 g/L,penetrant JFC 2 g/L,time 16 h.Under the condition of the process after processing the degumming rate is 9.76%,silk/woolinterwoven fabric whiteness is 77.24,water-absorbing quality is 5.7.Alkaline protease L for cold pad-batch degumming process parameters for silk fabric: alkaline protease L 25 g/L,bogong tea saponin 2.5 g/L,2 g/L sodium percarbonate,time 20 h.Silk fabric treated with this process under the condition,degumming rate is 22.38%,the whiteness is 80.21,water-absorbing quality is 9.9.Neutral protease W for silk/wool interwoven fabric for cold pad-batch degumming process parameters: neutral protease 14 g/L W,cleaner209 1.5 g/L,penetrant JFC 2 g/L,time 20 h,in silk wool/fabric treated with this process,degumming rate is 7.56%,the whiteness is76.69,water-absorbing quality is 5.6.After further quickly open width degumming,impurities on the silk,silk/wool fabric can be completely removed.
