In this article, at first, we introduce the development actuality and trend of controlled cutting superfine grinder in our country and overseas, analyze its industry application and status, and discuss the feasibility of its application in the field of industries in theories .Secondly, we build the model of various compounding forms'high-speed impeller and microcut head by using Pro/ENGINEER software, and analyze the fixing form, wear-life,durability and material. Thirdly, we explain the mechanism of controlled cutting superfine grinding by studying its related theory and researches, deduce the critical speed formula of impeller when reaches controlled cutting, analyze the energy characters based on the principle of flow pump, build the dynamics model of the flow process and analyze the effects including operation parameters, raw material parameters and key structural parameters) on pulverization process of controlled cutting superfine grinder. Finally, using FLUENT software, we model and compute the liquid flow-flied, and get the basic distribution of it, from it we know that the velocity grads is very tremendous, the change of the static pressure is very great, that bring huge force in the liquid flow-flied of microcut head, and ensure that the material can cling to the inside of microcut head without any motion and revolve together with impeller to get the controlled cut.This research affords reliable reference and provides scientific basis for further development.
