The manufacture of technology and cutting make the processing as the main basis for development process to develop new high-speed cutting, cutting process and process and provide comprehensive technical characterized by growth stage. Meanwhile, the tool technology towards the high strength and high speed, high precision and work style of processing, the auto, air space, energy, military, mold and other areas play a vital role in the new technology and continuous cutting process. the mechanical processing, the tool is determined to work efficiency, processing and manufacturing cost of the key contributors to the cutting tool, the demand was increasing, super hard tools and materials; the tools of modern tools for the development of the main direction.This thesis is an attempted and exploratory research concerning turning-grinding blades, and it focuses on the practical process of the turning-grinding blades the difference in and the comparison to traditional turning. The turning-grinding process is researched in the following aspects:(1)The function, sort trait and development of lathe tools materials are systematically summarized, the turning-grinding blade was emphasized as a key content especially. The intention and significance of the topic research are also introduced.(2)According to the geometry of grinding machining and metal cutting process has been processed surface deformation theory, comparison and analysis of the forming process of car has been machined surface turning-grinding blades forming process is analyzed theoretically. Contrast several super-hard abrasive coating production process, finally using which choose eletroplating craft manufacture turning-grinding blade, the method has advantages of low cost, mainly on the surface of the high density of abrasive, abrasive micro blade sharp, grinding efficiency, thus become the subject of choice.(3)Using the finite element analysis software of Deform-3D for turning-grinding machining simulation research, through the simulation process can be learned, turning in details, and the process of cutting force and blade knife blade surface to the temperature inside the change process for blade wear lays the foundation.
