The Automatic Measuring Of The Sliding Chute Wearing Plate

There is no report about the automatic test to the parameter of the siding chute wearing plate in and abroad, however, many methods of the test to the comprehensive parameter are being researched and developed; all the main developed countries have developed different types of static and dynamic detection devices successfully. Recently, many manufactures in China had carried through the researching and developing of the automatic test to the compositive parameter of the running gear, among which, the most representative testing method is contact and non-contact test method.According to the requirement of different testing accuracy, this article gave out the correlative testing theory and method, which is mainly based on the Laser Triangulation Detecting Theory. The design of the mechanical structure is that, using the stepper motor to drive the link chains, and guiding the wearing plate to the detecting service position. The using of the revolving cylinder, displacement cylinder and plane mirror made the multi-point detection of the laser displacement sensor. The operation system has the manage function of data bank storage, check, backup, and stastic,etc.Using modular structure whose compatibility and portability is good and interference is friendly to design the software. This system is a general device of laser and photoelectric technique, and it can measure the compositive parameter of the slicing chute wearing plate without contact to it, and its accuracy complies with the requirement of the technique. The technical innovation of this article is that using the laser displacement sensor to multimeter with the help of the cylinder and plane mirror and with the application of optics element. Its meaning is that the providing a new detecting method to the undetectable work piece because of the nominal size is ignore or dead, or because of the testing pace is limited.
