The remote monitoring technology based on internet has many kinds of functions, such as the remote monitoring, remote fault diagnosis, the instrument and equipment resources sharing on web,etc. And the Virtual Instrument technology make thought that software is instrument get deeply to measuring field, so that the studying on the networked measuring technology based on VI (Virtual Instrument) must be the one of developing trend of Computer-aided measuring and controlling. Based on the remote monitoring demands of dynamic parameter of numerical control lathe, the thesis mainly discusses the key technique of VI bus such as PXI, GIPB and VXI; MXI-3 controlling technology of the National Instruments Corporate; it also discusses the two client applications, which is java applet and ActiveX control. It provides the hardware model of measure and control based on PXI bus and the software model of networked measuring and controlling system under B/S. According to the demand that instrument resources can be shared on web, it gives the scheme of networked measuring and controlling in which the techniques of Virtual Instrument, Communication, Database, Multithread and Active Server Page ared used. Utilizing the existed LAN, this paper seted up a web site of Virtual Instrument that can manage the data of users, instruments, and measurement results, realized the remote monitoring and management of Virtual Instrument and finished the development networked measuring and controlling System of dynamic parameter of the numerical control lathe Based on TCP/IP, VC++ fire event and ActiveX control.
