| Conform technology was invented by the English Springfields lab in 1971. Because of the technology, it was mainly used in producing aluminium production at first. In 1990s, the technology of copper continuous extrusion has a breakthrough. The British BWE cable company took the lead in accomplishing the research of the copper continuous extrusion device. The Continuous Extrusion Engineering Research Center (CEERC) of Dalian Railway Institute has been tracking in this advanced technology continuously, and succeed in developing continuous extrusion which specialize in producing the copper flat line in the domestic in 2000.This invention filled the blank of the copper continuous extrusion.As the development of the continuous extrusion machine's technology, the TLJ300 continuous extrusion has been sold in many foreign countries now. So this require us to pursue more and more higher automatization .But at present, the operating system of TLJ300 continuous extrusion machine was designed using the KingView software. Although we can design the English operation interface by KingView software, but its substrate code still was Chinese and this will give the foreign customers a lot of inconvenience in searching the history data and modifying the programme. In addition, according to control condition on continuous extrusion machine now, the KingView software has expressed slow communications velocity and slow response, which will restrict to inspect more part of the continuous extrusion machine, so we should seek one best way to solve the question.This paper use Visual C++ software to design the operating system of the Host, this will improve the common of the operating system greatly. In this paper, according to the request of the continuous extrusion machine, I designed the operation of the affiliation device and fault alarm etc. This paper also introduces the way of drawing dynamic curve. About the control system, we use the MITSUBISHI PLC which communicate with the Host to accomplish the operation .The experiment indicate that the operation system shorten the response time greatly and strengthen data collect real-time, which designed by Visual C++.About the control of the principal axis rotate speed ,we increased the fuzzy rank based on the originally temperature fuzzy control and used the MatlabSimulink toolbox to simulate the temperature fuzzy control system .The result of the simulation indicated that the system has better following and has no super adjusting. |
