This paper introduces the design of software and hardware in die casting machine automatic casting speed controller based on Mitsubishi CPLC controller.Die casting machine is dedicate device of die casting,the quality of production,productivity and cost of management depends on the performance of the die casting machine.High speed and high pressure are two specifics of the die casting process,in process,the molten metal would be pushed into the pattern die at a high velocity,the air which in the model,is very hard to be leaked out,and it would exist in the foundry goods,as a result,the bubble cell will decrease mechanical property of martial,such as anti-fatigue properties.Thus,proper control of die speed is essential for producing superior quality components and yielding high production rates.In general,however the accurate mathematic model is very hard to obtain.The nonlinear distribution exists in the die casting system due to the system is composed of hydraulic equipment,on balance traditional control scheme cannot trace the speed command curve of casting system accurately and the new control method should put on the agenda.Meanwhile,the pressure maintenance control impacts on service life of pattern die and quality of product.However,the pressure maintenance control system exist a nonlinear distribution due to the system is composed of the servo valves.So we establish a fuzzy control scheme because of the fuzzy control could meet with these technical needs.In this paper,take a type DDC280 die casting machine as an example,which has 400 mm casting distance and 14 MPa hydraulic pressure.Firstly,introduce the contracture and working theory of the injection system and pressure control system.Analysis the different injection speed and different pressure will impact on mechanical property of foundry goods.Secondly,make the modeling of injection system and pressure maintenance system separately.At the pressure maintenance control system,we design a fuzzy control scheme and compared with the result of PID scheme,the experimental implementation indicates the fuzzy control is better than the PID control.The first step is to establish the relationship between casting velocity and analog input.After that,the T-S fuzzy control scheme is proposed for die casting control system,execute antecedent parameter identification by C-means cluster and find the consequent parameter via least square method.Finally,design the intelligence control scheme.The experimental results indicate the intelligence control can improve the speed following performance and improve the quality of products.On balance,the fuzzy control applies to the die casting control completely,and its good performance on the die casting machine turns out it will have a good market prospect...
