Hydraulic automation tile press is the essential equipment for the production of ceramic wallboard and flooring, as modem high technological equipment combining the mechanism and electronics with hydraulics. With the open policy in China, design and manufacturing level of hydraulic automation tile press has taken remarkable achievement not only by introduction, duplication and digestion of oversea advanced equipment, but also by independent manufacturing of hydraulic automation tile press with knowledge authorization. Although the technological parameters and functions of domestic hydraulic automation tile press has been gained or exceeded partly oversea advanced technological level of hydraulic automation tile press, design on the hydraulic system is based on working experience with less theoretic research. Therefore, it is positive to do theoretic base research on hydraulic system to improve, optimize hydraulic system, shorten cycle time and increase production. This thesis includes below four items;1 Set up dynamic module in different conditions of first press, second press, first exhaust and second exhaust of YP4280 hydraulic automation tile press based on power bond graph.2 Transform the power bond graph module of hydraulic system into computer dynamic module, which simulated with MATLAB, and then get the dynamic simulate on the press section of first press, second press, first exhaust and second exhaust. During the simulation, Some measures (ode23s) and algorithms are adopted to solve the stiff problem in the simulation, Meantime analyze the hydraulic system impact by changing parameters.3 Set up graphical user interface with the convenience of inputting different parameters for customer to get the simulation curves.4 The simulation result shows: the change of diameter and length of high press pipeline and displacement of piston can affect the piston velocity, continuously, the paper provides the theory of hydraulic system stability and transitional quality and provides the availability reference for the hydraulic system design and optimize.
