This article take China National Aviation Corp group 5,704factoriesXK715F numerical control milling machines technologicaltransformations as an example, elaborated from the technology and theeconomical two aspects the transformation necessity and the transformationmethod, elaborated the old equipment transforms the analysis method, theequipment transform request; Through to the servo system and thenumerical control system shaping analysis, summarizes the servo systemand the numerical control system selection principle, determined thetransformation order, proposed the transformation plan and performs toimplement. According to the XK715F present situation, selects theFANUCOi numerical control system to carry on the transformation to it,simultaneously carries on the transformation to its electrical system, andaccording to FANUCOi the numerical control system interior PLC function,first determines PLC the input/output points, then design electrical systemPLC control procedure and I/O connection.Carries on the examination using the double frequency laserinterferometer to the numerical control engine bed pointing accuracy,simultaneously carried on the pitch to compensate compensates with thereverse gap, increased the numerical control engine bed.Through transforms the engine bed each precision target to conform tothe design requirement, satisfies the existing product the processingprecision request.
