With the development of technology, the request about products quality is getting higher and higher. Mechanical products are developing to the directions as high speed, high effect, precise, lightweight and automation. The product structure tend to be more complex and the requirement to the operating performance also be gradually enhanced. Relative to traditional mechanical machining technique, numerical control technique has become the mainstream of the machine-building industry development for its characters as high accuracy, easy to control, high flexibility and so on. The numerical control processing uses the computer numerical control installment, and the working accuracy can be proofed and compensated through the software. In addition, the components processing surface could obtain a higher precision and the higher surface quality for the fixing, cutting and cooling condition of the numerically-controlled machine tool was improved.However, in the actual producing process, the mechanical accessories are often difficult to obtain the precision level which was anticipated achieve for many factors influence as environment, equipment, operation and so on. To guarantee the high precision request, we must inspect the influence that various factors produced to the working accuracy, and how is the distribution rule of the processing precision in the case of changing the machining technical parameter. Only to know these, we can make some control and compensation to the factors which cause processing error in the actual machining process. The purpose to study the machining precision is to study how to control various errors in the stated tolerance interval, master the influent rule that all kinds of factors made to the machining precision, and find the method to reduce the processing error and increase the working accuracy.This article takes the numerical control lathe and the numerical control milling machine as the research instrument, aim at the characters of the numerical control turning and milling, combine with the single factor contrast and orthogonal experimentation scheme, and design a series of accessories which were processed by this two kinds of machine tools. According to the measure results about the size precision, geometrical shape and relative position precision as well as surface quality, using the idea of mathematical statistic to carry on the data statistical analysis based on the MATLAB. Aim to get the distribution rule of the numerical control working accuracy, to analyze the distinct difference of the influence that the factor level change makes to the precision in the range of the experiment condition, and to obtain the best machining condition combination.In fact, to guarantee and increase the working accuracy is to restrict and reduce the machining error. Ensuring and enhancing the operational performance request and manufacture quality of the component products can also reducing the production cost. This article makes the theoretical analysis about the numerical control working accuracy and influencing factors, does the argumentation through the numerical control turning and numerical control milling actual processing testing, and makes some preliminary research on the numerical control working accuracy influencing factors, the distribution rule as well as influencing factors'significance effect, for the purpose to provide some academic and practical basis to the later numerical control processing parameter formulation and the actual machining with this article's analyzing results.
