Objective: To study the gynecological external nano-silver antibacterial gel using green way. Method: Taken the water-soluble chitin as the colloid protecting agent, the reducer and the complex agent, and the glucose as the promoter the AgNO3 was reduced to nano-silver sol through the supersonic vibration. The way of the synthesized nano-silver sol was green. The nano-silver sol was examined by TEM and the ultraviolet scanning. Through the adjustment of the ratio of the chitin and glucose to the AgNO3 and the ultrasonic wave power and time, the optimal factors of the nano-silver sol were determined by the tested results of the TEM. The nano-silver sol's stability had been carried on, and external antibacterial performance had been studied. The gynecological external nano-silver antibacterial gel was prepared by the—nano-silver sol. The pH of gel and the content of Ag in the gel were determined. The biological security of gel was studied, and the stability of gel was checked. Result: When the ratio of chitin, glucose, to AgNO3 was 10:5:1, the ultrasonic wave power and time wasl50W and 60min, the particle size of obtained nano-silver sol was 10nm below and the distribution of the particles was narrower and the shape was similar as spherical. The sol has not been congregated for 1 year. The sol had obvious antibacterial-circle to the S. aureus, the E. coli and Candida albicans, and the minimum antibacterial content was 1ppm, 1ppm, and 5ppm respectively. The sterilization rate of the 100ppm sol was 100%. The gel was stable, and had no toxicity or stimulus to skin or sensitivity. Conclusion: The optimal technology of sol was stable and feasible. The study on the external antibacterial property and bio-security of the gel offered a foundation to clinical use.
