Compared with homogeneous materials, composite materials have high specific strength, specific module, well resist fatigue, advantage shock absorption, and unique anisotropic, convenient opportunities in design. Composites applied in aviation, auto and military field more and more. As the sixth high performance plastics,Poly(phenylene sulfide) (PPS) has been widely used as matrix of advanced composite materials (ACM) due to its good combination of properties such as high thermal stability and electrical insulating ability, corrosion resistance and self excellent flame retardant.A high performance woven fabric reinforced PPS composite laminates have been fabricated by powder lamina method. Though analysis of manufacture parameter and tensile strength data, the best processing parameter has been found that is 15min under 318℃and 2.5~3MPa. Every specimen's transect and vertical section has been observed carefully. And delamination is the main factor that caused composites breakage early. For delamination fracture resistance, surface treatments of glass fibers and glass mats have been used. Mechanical properties have been studied and delamination fractures have been resisted by them. In order to resolution these phenomena, end-notched flexure (ENF) experiments have been adopted. And dynamic mechanical properties and glass transform temperature of composites have been investigated by dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA). At last chapter, a new easy way to make microbond specimens, the interfacial bond strength of CF/PPS is 10.59MPa.The following conclusions can be drawn from the paper: The composites have the best tensile strength and blending strength when PPS powder blend with 2wt% silane coupling agent, on the other hand when PPS powder blend with 1wt% silane coupling agent, the composites have the better blending modulus. Glass mat can resistant interlaminar fracture which is caused by interlaminar shear. Use KH550 and glass mat can resistant shearing delaminate and delaminate besides boundaries, so the composites have the best mechanical properties. The GⅡc value of modified samples is 1709.2J/m2, and the GⅡc value of origin samples is 1375.9 J/m2. The thesis studied dynamic mechanics performance of composites through DMA, The result indicted that the storage modulus of composite is very high below 108℃.The composite which modified by KH550 and glass mat has lowest the glass transformation temperature in these study.
