Study And Treating Measures On The Downhole Complicationswhile Operating On Laojun-1 Well

Laojun-1 gas well is the first exploration gas well located on the Laojun block after the discovery of large gas reserves, in the northeast of Sichuan province China, especially in the Puguang gas block. During the operation several downhole complications took place, such as collar break, cone break off, drill pipe sticking, lost circulation, caving and eccentrically worn drill pipe. These complications mentioned above blighted the drilling schedule and the drilling benefit. In this dissertation, according to the analyses and study on these complications, the author has gotten the lesson and given the key advice and inspection that should be very helpful in next operating.
