Study On Kinematics And Dynamic Analysis And Evaluation System Of Pumping Units

Pumping units are drives on the ground of rod pumping system in oil field. Their quantity is over ninety percents of the whole quantity of the equipments of oil extraction in oil field. Among these pumping units, the use of beam pumping units is the broadest. In this thesis, the back-placed beam pumping unit, the prefix beam pumping unit, the double horse head beam pumping unit, the swing pod pumping unit, the offset wheel beam pumping unit and the chain drive pumping unit is studied, the kinematics and dynamic have been made.First, provides a set of consummate index and method to evaluate the performance of pumping unit. Structure of software was schemed out which can reedit.Second, the detailed analysis and calculate of the dynamics and kinematics about pumping unit mentioned in the thesis .Provide theoretic foundation for evaluate pumping unit.Finally, the software of analysis and evaluate pumping unit has been developed through Delphi computer language. It can reflect the influence of the geometry parameters of pumping unit. It can evaluate pumping unit from many aspects, reflect the performance of pumping unit of evaluated.
