Study On The Evaluation And Air Environment Capacity In Hefei City

In the last years, with the development of social economy and modern industry, the environment of city becomes more and more serious. Air pollution is one of problems, which are motioned by more and more people. Through the research of the environmental capacity, the target of the total air pollutant emission control can be established and the limited resources can be used rationally. Based on these aims, this paper analyzed thoroughly the atmospheric environmental capacity and the spotresource capacity in HeFei city through the A-P value method on the bases of investigation, collecting and analysis of the data about the atmosphere. The PM₁₀, SO₂ and NO₂ were selected as the influence factors.The HeFei city atmospheric environment quality present situation is assessed by using the different method.Selecting SO₂, NO₂, PM₁₀ as evaluation factors, the atmospheric environment quality of Hefei city was evaluated by applying the methods of Fuzzy comprehensive judgment, gray correlation analyzing and the Assessment Based on GA—BP Model. The result indicated Hefei in 2002 the atmospheric environment qualityis good. Through to three kinds of appraisals methods comparison, may know the use heredity algorithm unique parallel processing and the globaloptimization ability. Through to three kind of appraisals methods comparison, may know the use heredity algorithm unique parallel processing and the globaloptimization ability, avoids determines the network architecture inadvance the difficulty, but by the floating point matrix encodingmethod the nerve network structure and the correlation parameter organically fuses in together, may better complete the network thestructural design and the study, seeks the network architecture fromthe heredity algorithm to be not necessarily most superior, butactually satisfies the restraint condition, achieved reduced thenetwork training number of times, reduces the network training time.Compares with other appraisal methods, the B-P nerve network uses inthe atmospheric environment quality appraisal only by the mass of atmosphere standard to take the BP network the operation sample, thepower value and the threshold value which finished with the operationthen may treat the appraisal sample to carry on the appraisal, the model versatility is good, also uses in the atmospheric environment quality appraisal not to need to determine between each appraisalfactor in advance the power value, can between the automatic controlvarious factors proportion relations.According to investigation and analyze environment quality in Hefei city> collect weather data, inquisite and analyze pollution sourc through the A-P value method on the bases of investigation, collecting and analysis of the data about the atmosphere, The main results were as follows: The discharge quantities of PM₁₀, SO₂ and NO₂ were not exceed the admissiblee mission gross(namely,environmentalca pacity)in Hefei city.The spare atmospheric environmental capacities of PM10, SO2 and NO2 in Hefei city were 2.6162Wt/a, 4.0297Wt/a, 5.4005Wt/a.
