Since the 1980 s,China's social economy has developed rapidly,the demand for natural resources has grown,and people's material living standards have been greatly improved.At the same time,the resources and environment have been severely damaged,beyond the resource and environment the scope.Therefore,it is necessary to comprehensively evaluate the resource and environmental carrying capacity of various regions in China and study the true relationship between it and China's economic development.It is necessary to take measures to improve the current situation of resources and environment and improve the carrying capacity of resources and environment.This paper firstly expounds the research background of the subject,analyzes the research purpose and significance of China's resource and environmental carrying capacity,and systematically reviews the connotation of resources and environmental carrying capacity,models and evaluation methods,and related research on the relationship between economic development and domestic and foreign research.The research ideas,framework,methods,innovations and shortcomings of this paper.Secondly,it introduces the relevant theoretical knowledge of resource and environmental carrying capacity,covering its conceptual connotation,its relationship with sustainable development theory and ecological civilization construction,TOPSIS evaluation model based on entropy weight,and gray correlation analysis method.The construction process of the environmental carrying capacity evaluation index system,based on the principles of science and comprehensiveness,selects 28 indicators from the three major social,economic,and environmental factors to construct an evaluation index system for China's resource and environmental carrying capacity;Based on the five aspects of land,water,minerals,forests and atmosphere,the descriptive statistical methods are used to comprehensively analyze the current situation of China's resource and environment carrying.Finally,the data of resource and environmental carrying capacity evaluation indicators in various regions of China from 2006 to 2016 are collected.The TOPSIS model based on entropy weight is used to calculate the socioeconomic system carrying capacity index,natural resource system carrying capacity index,environmental system carrying capacity index and resource and environment comprehensive carrying capacity index in various regions of China;And use the calculation results to further carry out cluster analysis;Undertake the above research,analyze the resource and environmental carrying capacity of China as a whole,and establish the gray correlation analysis model between China's resource and environmental carrying capacity and GDP.After the above research,and summarized from three levels: Firstly,the current situation of China's resources and environment is facing severe challenges.Secondly,China's overall resource and environmental carrying capacity is low and is high in the northwest and low in the southeast.There are obvious differences in the spatial and spatial distribution,the lack of synchronization of the development of various subsystems,and the impact on the carrying capacity of resources and environment.Thirdly,the correlation between China's resource and environmental carrying capacity and China's economic development is very weak and very uncoordinated.At the same time,based on the above results,this paper proposes corresponding countermeasures from several aspects.
