Technology Of XML-based Information Integration For WS-mCNC System

With the development of information integration of manufacturing, there are more and more complicated dates which transmite between corporations or inside. The current state of information integration at home and abroad and the problem of Information Island which prevents with the development of manufacturing informationization are investigated in this paper; the technology of XML is introduced in order to solve the problem. The characteristics and software architecture of WS-mCNC system based on the web service and mobile communication are discussed.The architecture and application characteristics of XML which is introduced in purpose of information integration of CNC system are elaborated, and the XML syntax, schema XSLT is also analysed in the paper.To set up a unification standard based on XML in order to figure out the confusion caused by different information format from different CNC system is absolutely necessary. In order to implement information integration of manufactory shop in service class and give prominence to the unique unreplaced status of human in the process of manufacturing automation a new distributed open-architecture CNC system is introduced in this paper. After analyzing the reasons why the hybrid soft structure be designed with and the characters of the hybrid system, it puts forward that the realization of the compiler running on the XML web service.
