Problem about Municipal solid waste(MSW), resulted from the increasing rubbish output year by year on the global scale, makes many countries confronting with such difficulties as environmental pollution, filling place shortage, and thus sluggish urban economic development. In order to solve the problem of MSW in China, prevent environmental pollution, recycle the potential resources and energy contained in MSW and keep cities' social and economic developments going on a healthy and sustainable track in the long run, making certain of the actuality management of Chinese MSW, finding out the problem, quest for the method of sloving these problems, and making feasible father programs, prevent the more pollution are the most important in the management of MSW.This thesis studied on the problem of the MSW in BeiJing. By selecting appropriate stepwise regression models, the thesis revealed and analyzed some key factors influencing the amount and composition of MSW in BeiJing. Based on the analysis, revealing the traditional idea and model of MSW management has unadapted the demandingof development of economy and society, associate with the idea of RBE,put forward the Integrated Waste Management(IMW) of Rrecycling- based economy (RBE) is a necessary transformation for the sustainable development of society. The center meaning of this management is reduce the rubbish output, containing source reduction and resource recycling.Analysis on the problems of improving Integrated Waste Management of Rrecycling-based economy in BeiJing, suggesting measures and strategies. Macrosopically describes reduction target analyzing methods and efficiency evaluation system for government establish policy.After carry out the Integrated Waste Management of Rrecycling-based economy all-round,the total reduction percentage in 2010 will reach 10.92%.in the period of 2005-2010, it can reduce rubbish output 1115 thousand KG ,save 167 million Yuan disposal cost.
