HYG Epoxy Resin/TY Carbon Composite Materials Manufacturing Technique And Performance Research

This paper introduces the development, aeronautical demanding and supplies of carbon composite materials composites.By analyzing the interfacial disso ability of TY carbon composite materials and HYG epoxy resin ,the physical properties of HYG epoxy resin/TY carbon composite materials composites laminates and HY epoxy resin/TX carbon composite materials composites laminates, and through conducting the curing process optimization test for HYG epoxy resin/TY carbon composite materials composites laminates, the caring data of HYG epoxy resin/TY carbon composite materials composites laminates were obtained.The feasibility of replacing HY epoxy resin/TX carbon composite materials composites with HYG epoxy resin/TY carbon composite materials composites was validated by static test performed on the specimen during its production and through the testing for each characteristic of HYG epoxy resin/TY carbon composite materials composites laminates.The acceptance specification of HYG epoxy resin/TY carbon composite materials composites are provided in the article. Meanwhile, the trend of replacing HY epoxy resin/TX carbon composite materials composites with HYG epoxy resin/TY carbon composite materials composites in parts and components manufacturing of aeronautical products is also indicated in the paper.
