Studying on air environment capacity of city, understanding the produce andtransformation's law of air pollution play a very important role to adjust industrystructure, to set up a friendly society about environment and resource. So it isvery important to carry out the research about air environment capacity in city.This paper analyzed thoroughly the atmospheric environment capacity andspot resource capacity in Zigong city through the A-P value method on the basesof investigation, collecting and analysis of the data about the atmosphere. ThePM10, SO2 and NO2 were selected as the influence factors. The main results wereas follows:1) The discharge quantities of PM10, SO2 and NO2 were not exceed theadmissible emission gross (namely, environment capacity) in Zigong city.2) The spare atmospheric environment capacity of PM10, SO2 and NO2were in Zigong city were 3487t/a, 27854t/a and 37746t/a, respectively.The feasible countermeasures were put forward aim at the limited status ofatmospheric environment capacity in Zigong city. The study can not only providethe reference for the control of atmospheric pollution in Zigong city, but providethe reference for other cities.
