Because of the composite structure,multiple style,rich colors and other characteristics,the fancy yarn has been becoming the main direction of product development.The difference between Hollow Spindle with Ring Spindle Fancy and traditional spinning machine lies in the former must shift its speed in working.By this way it build all kinds of composite fancy yarn.That is to say,the key technologies to develop fancy yarns are how to control the roller speed precisely according to the process requirement and how to self-correct its motion on the condition of shifting speed frequently.Therefore,the control technology of fancy yarn is a key driver of development.Now days,most of control systems for fancy yarn machine are stand still in PLC with transducer or IPC with serial bus,such as 232 UART, 422/485 UART method.Thereby control the stepper motors,DC motor, servomotors to adjust the speed roller and twist different fancy yarn.At present,there is a greater disadvantage in the fancy yarn for use of PLC with transducer control in the fancy yarn production.The insufficient control of the accuracy for each section of the fancy yarn leads to the poor repeatability,so the fancy yarn products cannot form a unified standard in the past.It is same with the use of computer serial bus to control the roller by MCU.Theoretically speaking,the introduction of computers promotes the control accuracy.However,in practical application,serial communications in the PC and MCU are vulnerable to be impacted by high-power devices.Control orders cannot guarantee that the synchronization of motor control and Synchronous rotation.As for fancy yarn production,cannot guarantee that several motors rotate synchronously,which means that there will be pattern change in productions and even broken yarn.The request has been increasing in the fancy yarn control system.Fancy spinning machine control system not only requires a corresponding control functions,as well as a good performance of the corresponding components and drive transmission system.The improving direction is to improve the accuracy of speed in the future.It consists of two aspects:On the one hand,is to improve the accuracy of the speed of change,on the other hand is to improve the accuracy of the time for the speed of change.In modern automatic control system,because PCI bus has the characteristics of high-performance and low-cost,the development of products based on PCI bus has become an inevitable trend,as prices continue to decline,in a dual port RAM mode of PCI bus and IPC products can fast realize the data exchanging and support the higher requirement for the fancy yarn production equipment control in the future.At the same time,high-speed and accurate transmission command match with stepper motor can make up with the defect in the existing control system to improve the accuracy.According to fancy yarn's producing technic,this paper provides a new design to control rotators of fancy spinning frame.The fancy yarn parameters and machinery adjustment parameters,including Twist, drawing multiple integrated into the PC,such as the design of software, properly prepare a variety of fancy yarn corresponding parameters.With the support of IPC,yarn-effect data,machine data and yarn-piecing data in a single database are linked to the software design.In this way,based on dual-RAM and PCI bus,all the parameters are transmitted to machine driving system to realize the parallel communications between IPC and MCU.IPC is responsible for sending and receiving data.MCU is responsible for monitoring machine driving system,which regulates rotators of the fancy yarn machine with velocity checked,then adapts the driving system to satisfy with the requirement of speed altering synchronously and realizes the control system of Hollow Spindle and Ring Spindle Fancy Twisting Machine.And different from the past,in order to ensure the communication between IPC and controlling driver, the author develop the PCI bus driver and the upper applications based on WDM structure support win2000/WinXP operational system.Meanwhile, the Communication Mechanisms are embedded into the top of control interface and fancy software is connected to the mechanical control system.Thereby,design the new control system for fancy yarn equipment with the core of Motion Control Card for Industrial Computer.
