The Function And Optimum Proportion Of False Twist And True Twist Of Hollow Ingot

At present,because the hollow spinning equipment used by fancy yarn enterprises are ordinary hollow spindle fancy yarn spinning machines,the loop yarn produced can not guarantee both high count yarn and good appearance effect of yarn.In order to improve yarn quality and enrich the control ways of fancy yarn enterprises,a new hollow spindle fancy yarn spinning machine,HN32-12 wool spinning twister prototype,independently developed by Suzhou Huafei Textile Technology Co.Ltd.,is used as experimental spinning equipment.Taking loop yarn as experimental object,keeping the running speed of hollow spindle unchanged,choosing appropriate twist gradient within a reasonable range of yarn twist,using control variable method,changing yarn twist evenly,recording the number of loop yarns under different twists by direct counting method,and exploring the relationship between coil density of loop yarn and true twist of hollow spindle;using control variable method,uniformly changing the speed of false twister,direct counting method to record the number of loops of yarn at different hollow spindle false twister speed,explore the relationship between coil density and false twist of false twister;on the basis of selected standard yarn,selecting reasonable twist gradient and the ratio gradient between false twist and true twist to change the twist and hollow yarn.The spindle false twister rotate speed,thus spinning a better loop yarn than the ordinary hollow spindle fancy yarn spinning machine,and finally get the best proportion of hollow spindle between false twist and true twist.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)The ratio between false twist and true twist of HN32-12 wool spinning twister prototype was adjusted to 1:1.Within the twist range of 390 T·m^-1 to 660 T·m^-1,the rotation speed of hollow spindle was kept at 6000 r·min^-1,the twist of yarn was taken as a single variable,and the twist gradient was 30 T·m^-1.Two kinds of loop yarns with different fineness were spun.The coil density of two kinds of loop yarns with different fineness under different twist was counted to explore the relationship between the coil density of loop yarn and the true twist produced by the new hollow spindle.(2)Two kinds of loop yarns with different twists were spun with HN32-12 wool spinning twister prototype as experimental spinning equipment.In the twist range of 420T·m^-1 to 630 T·m^-1,the rotation speed of hollow spindle was kept at 5000 r·min^-1,and 500 r·min^-1 as the gradient of the rotation speed of false twister.The coil density of two kinds of loop yarns with different twists at different false twister speeds was counted to explore the relationship between coil density of the loop yarn and false twist of false twister.(3)Under the condition that the ratio between false twist and true twist of HN32-12wool spinning twister prototype is 1:1,the high-quality loop yarn which meets the requirements of the current fancy yarn market is obtained as the standard yarn.Within the range of 420 T·m^-1 to 630 T·m^-(-1) yarn twist,30 T·m^-(-1) is used as the twist gradient,the hollow spindle speed is kept at 5000 r·min^-1,and 500 r·min^-1 is used as the false twister speed gradient.When the ratio between false twist and true twist of hollow spindle is greater than 1.0 and less than 1.0,the yarn twist is constantly changed and the loop yarn with different twists is spun.Finally,the yarn quality of hollow spindle is the same as that of standard loop yarn,the yarn appearance pattern is better and the yarn twist is reduced by 15%,and the best ratio between false twist and true twist of hollow spindle is obtained.It is found that when the ratio between false twist and true twist is 1.6,the yarn twist decreases by 15%,but the yarn pattern appearance is more fluffy and uniform than the standard loop yarn.Finally,the optimum ratio between false twist and true twist of hollow spindle is 1.6:1.Thus,the production of high-count and low-twist high-quality loop yarn is realized,and the control ways of fancy yarn enterprises to spinning equipment are enriched.33 Figures,22 Tables,82 references.
