With the improvement of life quality,people express more and more interests in the fragrance fabric with sustained fragrance and special cosmetic function.Concerning to the volatile nature of the fragrance molecules,the hot points of development of fragrance fabrics are to reduce the volatile nature of fragrance and retain fragrance for a long time withβ-cyclodextrin molecules as well as to improve the recharge ability.This project includes 4 parts:optimizing the graft method ofβ-cyclodextrin into the cotton fabric and discuss the quality proportion ofβ-cyclodextrin according to the change of these different parameters; approaching the inclusive ability ofβ-cyclodextrin molecules,which are grafted into the surface of the fabric through changing some influenced parameters,to lavender oil;discussing the character of releasing the perfume ofβ-cyclodextrin inclusion compounds with the difference of temperature and moisture content;studying the recharge ability ofβ-cyclodextrin molecule.We use the immersed method to realize the inclusion by optimizing the T℃,the times,the pH and the proportion between the alcohol and the water.These lavender oils absorbed are extracted by the Soxhlet and its quantity is determined by the UV/VIS spectrometer. Finally,the included ability of theβ-cyclodextrin is reflected by the quantity ratio between theβ-cyclodextrin and the lavender oil in the optimized condition.From the result of the test,we know about that the ability of inclusion fragrance of the finished fabric is 5 times than that of the no finished-fabric,and the lavender oil absorbed by theβ-cyclodextrin molecule occupies 81.65%quantity of theβ-cyclodextrin,which show the ability of inclusion is satisfactory.The fragrance function of inclusion compound reflects in its ability of releasing the principle active in some special occasions.In the research of the destruct of inclusion compounds and the release of the perfume,the sportive condition is set up the background.So the temperature and the humidity are considered as two important factors according to the Human Thermodynamic Technology.The individual influence and the combination influence of the temperature and the humidity are discussed at the use of the sensorial evaluation;the sweating is simulated by the Warmer-transpiration torso to compare continued time for different kinds of fragrance compounds behind of the different degree of humidity.We find that more degree of humidity, less continued time,and that more volatile of the fragrance compound, less continued time.It is valuable to note that the kind of fragrance should be selected carefully when theβ-cyclodextrin is used as flagrance finishing medium.Recharging ability ofβ-cyclodextrin experiment showed that a new fragrance compound can be formed by spreading the lavender oil or mint oil after washing the finished fabric,the original fragranced molecule is moved.Furthermore the water molecule has an obvious effect on the ability of releasing the principle active withinβ-cyclodextrin inclusion compound...
