Monochlorotriazine-beta-cyclodextrin (MCT-β-CD) is a functional derivate of beta-cyclodextrin, in this thesis, we find a method to prepare steady inclusion complex ofMCT-β-CD and insect repellent wormwood oil through the particular cavity of MCT-β-CD, atextile is prepared by the cotton fabric grafted with the active group of MCT-β-CD, it has thegood slow-release performance and function of driving mosquito.The main research content is divided into the following several aspects:(1) The inclusioncomplexes of MCT-β-CD and wormwood oil are prepared by saturated solution, theorthogonal experiment are optimized for the influence factors of forming inclusion compound,the best technological conditions of inclusion preparation is: MCT-β-CD: mugwort oil for10g:1ml, embedding temperature is50℃, reaction time is4h, the ultrasonic power is30KHz.(2) A1:1ratio of inclusion compound is measured using the molar ratio method throughultraviolet-visible spectrometer, the binding constant K value is measured to be76.6usingfluorescence method. The inclusion complex is synthesized and analyzed by Uv-vis, FT-IR,TGA/DSC and SEM, analysis results show that the formation of inclusion compound.(3) Thesingle factor experiments are designed to optimize processing parameters of MCT-β-CDgrafting cotton fabric, the optimum finishing process of cotton fabric is: bath ratio is1:20,inclusion concentration is80g/L, dipping time is15min, alkaline agent is25g/L sodiumcarbonate, the concentration of urea is10g/L, curing condition is at140℃for6min. Afterfinishing of cotton fabrics are analyzed by FT-IR, TGA/DSC and SEM, analysis results showthat the inclusion compound has successfully grafted onto the cotton fabric. The effect ofdriving midge and soaping fastness are tested for cotton fabrics after finishing, the data showthat it has very good drive midge effect and higher resistance to soaping fastness. Comparisonwhiteness, breaking strength and breaking elongation of cotton fabric before and afterfinishing, we find that these performances have a certain degree of decline, but it will notaffect the use of the fabric. Recovery angle of cotton fabric is increased, this shows wrinkle resistance of fabric after finishing has improved.(4) Thermodynamic parameters, geometriesand simulation IR and Raman of four tri-substituted MCT-β-CD have been calculated byusing density functional theory DFT at the B3LYP/6-31G(d) level, and the main bands areassigned. Infrared simulation spectra and experimental spectrum of mugwort oil and inclusioncompound have been calculated by using the same level, simulation spectra and experimentalspectrum well on vibrational wavenumber and relative intensity, and the deviations aretypically less than20cm-1, the good agreement also proves the theoretical predictedgeometries are correct.
