The continuous casting is the very important link in the iron and steel industry production process. As a result of its craft's complexity, the automated level of the continuous casting decides the output and quality of the product directly. Through establishing the most superior control model, the continuous casting process control system guarantees the craft being the optimum condition, reduces the influence of human factor, and makes the equipment to be the best running status, thus assurance the quality of the product and raises the productivity. Therefore, it is very significant to develop a set of advanced and stable continuous casting process control system for enhancing our country's steel and iron profession and even the national economy.Along with the continuous upgrading quality requirements of the continuous casting's process control, it is more important to establish a full-function stable operation and easy expansion of the continuous casting's process control system. So the method of control soft system is gradually arousing people's attention. In the field of control design, people used to adopt traditional designing method of object oriented. But with the soft system's increasing expansion and soft development platform dominate; putting the designing method of object oriented in the computer subject into process control system is more important. Therefore, based on digesting and summarizing in the domestic and foreign steel mill's present existing continuous casting process control system, this article in view of the tube blank continuous casting craft, profits from the mature software engineering theory and unions commercial process control theory, proposes a designing method of object oriented continuous casting process control.This article has mainly done the following three aspect work:First, it makes the compressive narration to the continuous casting process control technological development, introduces the domestic and foreign continuous casting process control system's development, present situation and the difficulty of research.Second, it deeply researches the realized difficulty of tube blank continuous casting craft process: the material track and the optimized cutting. Based on these, this article proposes a designing method of object-oriented continuous casting process control, and applies this method to the tube blank continuous casting process control system development, and then analysis and programming the system.Third, it takes nowadays popular Windows system as platform, uses the industry's mature OPC standard to carry on the data communication, carries on the data storage with formidable database tool Oracle, uses the VC++ as software development tool to design the overall construction of the system and has compiled the slab continuous casting process control system program. Through massive off-line test, the result analysis and indicates the feasibility and the superiority of this method.
