Steel industry is the basic industry of the national economy.With the market competition intensifies day by day and the demand of the protection of the environment improves,the meticulous and real-time management on the process of the production has become a necessary measure to reduce the production cost and to improve the quality of the products.First of all,according to the characteristics of the iron and steel enterprises that of which the amount of data is large and the frequency of the data acquisition is high,the type,function,feature and performance of the real-time database are summarized.Considering the performance of the data acquisition,the functional integrity,the data integration capabilities,the event processing and the price,the Agilor real time database is chosen.The reliability,performance of storage and compression of historical data,data integration capabilities and data acquisition are verified and tested in projects and laboratory experiments.The result turns out that the performance of the Agilor real-time database meets the needs of the industry system.In a steelmaking plant of 1#continuous casting machine as the object,the equipments and the process of production are studied,The real-time data needs of the real time continuous casting production process management and quality tracking are analyzed,according to which the real time variables are determined.Based on the real time data,the event resolution scheme for continuous casting production is designed.The scheme uses DI,triggered by tracking data,to analyze the event of production and write the relevant data in the tables of the relational database.According to the industrial scene,the structure of the network and the data acquisition system of the continuous casting system is designed to confirm the software and hardware environment of the develop of the system.Based on TBOX and Agilor,the real-time data is collected from PLC and TBOX.The continuous casting logistics tracking is designed in PLC and integrated and conversed by the DI.The real time acquisition and analysis system for continuous casting carries out in a special steel plan.The real time data acquisition and storage of the continuous casting production process are accomplished.The process of continuous casting is analyzed and the ladle,casting flow and slab is tracked.The scheme of data acquisition and analyzation achieves the expected results and builds the foundation of the next step to the management and quality tracking of the continuous casting.
