The Research And Application On The Evaluation Indexes System Of Environmental Protection & Waste Utilization Investment Project

The thesis bases on investment evaluation theories and analysis the superior acceptation in both domestic and overseas, in order to bring up a fixable index system and apply on a concrete instance and make sure that the investment decision be more verification.The method used in this paper is the combination of researching theoretically, investigation and researching in cases. Firstly, the paper researches the thesis about Environmental Protection & Waste Utilization project investment evaluation of both domestic and overseas, according to the actual problems and needs of Environmental Protection & Waste Utilization project evaluation, the main contents and framework of new project evaluation index system is proposed. Secondly, the paper researches the theories of invest project evaluation in detail and analyses the relevant concepts, gives out the procedure and method of environmental protection & waste utilization investment project evaluation. Then, the concrete contents of new project evaluation index system are explained in detail and each concrete indicator is also explained, the framework of investment evaluation are brought up. Finally, the uses of new project evaluation index system are illuminated by concrete instances.
