Thiourea and its derivatives have received increasing attenti on for a long time due to their broad usages.Recently,it is revealed that thiourea derivatives exhibit wide ranging biological activities,which including anticancer,antiviral and antibacterial,etc.In order to further explore the thiourea derivatives,especially the acylthiourea derivatives,the following novel compounds containing thioureas unit are synthesized,and three single crystals are obtained.They are listed as below.Ⅰ,N'-(1,2,4-triazot-5-thione-4-yl)-N-substituted methyl thioureaⅡ,N'-(1,2,4-triazot-5-thione-4-yl)-N-substituted ethyl thioureaⅢ,N'-(1,2,4-triazol-5-thionel)-N-substituted benzoylthioureaⅣ,N'-(1,2,4-triazol-5-thionel)-N-substituted-p-methoxybenzoylthioureaⅤ,Ni-(1,2,4-triazol-5-thionel)-N-substituted-p-methoxybenzoylthioureaⅥ,Ni-N'-(1,2,4-triazol-5-thionel)-N-substituted benzoylthioureaThe single crystals of the compoundsⅢ,ⅤandⅥwere obtained by slow evaporation of a solvent at room temperature for the first time and their crystal structure were determined with aⅩ-ray diffractometer.The specific heat capacity of the several compoundsⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,ⅣandⅥwere determined within 283.3~354.9K by a microcalorimetry method,and their thermodynamic functions wereobtained. The DSC and TG/DTG techniques were used to study the thermal behavior of the compoundⅠ,Ⅱ,ⅢandⅣ.The bactericidal activity of the compoundⅠ,Ⅱ,ⅢandⅣwere studied by some typical microbes.
