Thiourea derivatives have been widely studied because of their broad biological activity, which has been used as pesticides,herbicides,fungicides and plant growth regulators,etc. Over the past decade,trends in pesticide development are heterocyclic compounds.Therefore, the specific heat capacity and structural optimization on the heterocyclic nitrogen thioureas can help us to synthesis this series of compounds definitely and directly.In this paper,seven kinds of compounds and another kind of Cu(Ⅱ) complexs were synthesized as show below:Ⅰ:N-formylethoxyl-N'-(thiazole-2-yl)thioureaⅡ:N-benzoyl-N'-(thiazole-2-yl)thioureaⅢ:N-p-methxoylbenzoyl-N'-(thiazole-2-yl)thioureaⅣ:N-formylmethoxyl-N'-(1,3,4-thiadiazole-2-yl)thioureaⅤ:N-formylethoxyl-N'-(1,3,4-thiadiazole-2-yl)thioureaⅥ:N-benzoyl-N'-(1,3,4-thiadiazole-2-yl)thioureaⅦ:N-p-methxoylbenzoyl-N'-(1,3,4-thiadiazole-2-yl)thioureaComplex:Cu(L1)2(NO3)2These compounds were determined by IR and elemental analysis and some of their single crystal structure were determined by X-ray diffraction.The specific heat capacity of the several compounds were determined within 243 K~354K by a microcalorimetry method,and their thermodynamic functions were obtained.The DSC and TG/DTG techniques were used to study the thermal behavior of these compounds.The bioactivity of some of these compounds were studied,and the effects of several compounds on plant growth were studied.
