With the development of modern industry, expanding of human's movements and ignorance of the society, the environment pollution become more and more serious. There are plenty of pollutants in raw water, which seriously threaten human health. As a new wastewater treatment technology, non-thermal plasma induced aqueous oxidation is low cost, high efficiency, celerity and convenience. The aim that researched is to find a feasible, effective and economic technique use in the industry.In this dissertation, through the comparison of several wastewater treatment methods, streamer-discharging is novel technique and have a good application foreground. As a result of the shortcomings of the current power supply, these could only use in the laboratory and could not apply in the industry. On the base of the lab theories of streamer-discharging and the shortcomings of those power supply, a novel high frequency and high voltage power supply is designed. This power supply uses the solid-state switch to take place the spark-gap switch and the AC+DC technique. These new techniques adopted in the wastewater treatment power supply can make streamer-discharging have a good expect to extend in the industry.The AC power supply adopts the mode of series load series resonant. The DC power supply adopts the mode of parallel load series resonant. Using the resonant technique can realize ZCS and decrease switching loss. At the same time the series inductance can make the power supply work normally under the condition of frequent discharging in the reactor.The output of the power supply is the AC supposed on the DC in order to produce effective and steady streamer at a broad range. AC makes the discharging stronger and increases the energy density and free radical quantity in the reactor. DC spreads cationic and free radical to a broad range and increases the chance of degradation and oxidation in reaction.Through the experiment, the power supply work steady and produce effective streamer. Under the condition of adding catalyst into the reactor, the effect of treatment is remarkable.
